Speaks text via speak command provided by "ﾃｲbﾃ竏" osax in Mac OS 8 Japanese. (Perhaps no use in other countries.) It speaks also Kanji characters! Kanji reading requires PowerPC, Japanese Text-To-Speech and so forth.
Note that it completely occupies CPU while speaking; To stop it, press command-period key.
